Maison Rêves [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], registered in Cyprus under number [HE XXXXXX], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Limassol, Cyprus (“we”, “us”).

We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the data controller. For any privacy question, email hello@maison-reves.com.

• Enquiry details you send through our forms: name, email, phone, property or project details and your message.
• Your email address if you sign up to hear when the site launches.
• Whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and when.
• Your cookie choice: a random ID, the choice you made and the date.
• If you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, how you arrived, device and browser type and approximate location, as aggregated statistics.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To manage your property or project once you are a client: to perform our contract with you.
• To send occasional news and offers: only if you ticked the box, based on your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it: only if you accept analytics cookies, based on your consent.
• To keep a record of consents: to meet our legal obligation to demonstrate them.

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business, under agreements that protect it:

• Zoho (customer relationship management and automation), hosted in the EU.
• EmailJS (delivery of form notifications to our inbox).
• Google (Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Framer (website hosting).
• Our licensed partner real estate agents, only when you ask for letting or sales services.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Enquiries that do not lead to working together: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of our work and as long afterwards as Cyprus law requires (for example, for tax and accounting).
• Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Consent records: for as long as we need to demonstrate the consent.

• Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser (mr-consent) so we don't ask again. This is always on.
• Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_[ID] cookies, which last up to 2 years.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent we delete the analytics cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Email hello@maison-reves.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

We will update this page if the way we use data changes, and change the date at the top. If we add new cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
